Privacy
What this service keeps about you, why, and how to have it removed. It is written to be read, not to be skipped.
Who runs it

What we keep
- Your account: your e-mail address and a scrambled form of your password (we cannot read your password), how many tokens you have, and a list of tokens given and used.
- Your work: the rooms you make: the plans as measured outlines, walls, doors and windows, your furniture choices and edits, and a small copy of the picture you uploaded, so that it can be shown next to your plan. It is kept so that you find it again on any computer.
- A session cookie that keeps you signed in. It is needed for the service to work; we use no advertising or tracking cookies and no analytics.
- Technical records: to stop abuse, the server counts requests per internet address for a short time, in memory. Our hosting provider may keep ordinary access logs.
Who else sees a plan
- When you upload a plan, its picture is sent to the Anthropic API to be read (rooms, doors, windows). See Anthropic’s privacy policy for how they handle what they receive.
- Our hosting provider stores the database and runs the server.
- Your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts and the 3D library from jsDelivr; those two services see your internet address when the page loads.
- We do not sell your data and do not show it to other users.
How long, and how to remove it
Until you delete your account. In the app, open your account menu and choose Delete my account: your account, your saved rooms and your tokens are removed from the live database at once. Copies in backups disappear as the backups are replaced. You can also write to us and ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion.
Plans of other people
Only upload plans you are allowed to use. Do not upload plans that show other people’s personal details.
